Amazing taste
Some things can taste good and be good for you.
Great taste, zero sugar and superfast hydration. That's what we do.
Sodium, what you lose most.
Sodium helps the body keep fluids in a normal balance and plays an important role in regulating blood pressure. Most of the body’s sodium is located in blood and in the fluid around cells. It is also the electrolyte that we lose most through sweating. Additionally, sodium plays a key role in normal nerve and muscle function.
Magnesium for muscle function
Magnesium plays many crucial roles in the body, such as supporting muscle and nerve function and energy production. It is often linked to reducing muscle cramps, although an better overall hydration seems to prevent muscle cramps even more.
Chloride, potassium and calcium
Chloride regulates blood acidity and base levels, and potassium regulates the fluid balance from inside the cells.
Calcium has a significant physiological role in the body. It is involved in skeletal mineralization, contraction of muscles, the transmission of nerve impulses, blood clotting, and secretion of hormones.
